Do LED Lights draw less current than incandescent lights?
LED lamps draw less current than incandescent lamps. Less current required
by the lights may mean that additional features could be added and/or
smaller gauge wires could be used for the LED lamps. Using smaller gauge
wires for the LED lamps could mean additional cost savings.

Why do LED lights cost more than incandescent lights?
It is true that the initial cost is higher. However, you must remember
that these lights will last a very, very long time. The lights we carry
offer 100,000 hour or lifetime warranties. You will never buy new light
fixtures or bulbs and eliminate the 'hassle factor' - changing bulbs in
the middle of winter, corroded sockets, getting pulled over for burned
out lights, etc.
