United Group, Inc. will accept orders via our online order
form, telephone, or by facsimile. Orders will not be processed
until payment is received unless buyer has an approved account
with United Group. By placing an order, the buyer represents
that he/she is of legal age to receive the products/equipment
ordered and that the products/equipment will only be used
in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable
federal, state, and local laws and regulations. United Group
does not accept COD orders.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Do not send cash with your order as United Group cannot be
responsible for cash payments made through the mail.
SHIPPING
The method of shipment is at the discretion of United Group.
Typically all orders up to 70 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground.
Heavier orders are shipped via common carrier. All products
are shipped on an FOB basis. It is the buyer's responsibility
to check all received orders for damage prior to acceptance
from the carrier as any products/equipment damaged in transit
is the responsibility of the carrier and a claim for damaged
products/equipment should be filed with the carrier. Any delay
in filing a claim with the carrier may result in a loss to
the buyer. Our responsibility for products/equipment ceases
when the shipment of said products/equipment leaves our facility.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
United Group, Inc. is committed to our customers. We strive
to make your online experience smooth and friendly. If a product
does not perform to your satisfaction, it can be returned
within a 2-week period. A copy of the original receipt must
accompany all returns and all returns must be in new condition,
complete (i.e. original product box, product packing, product
manual, etc). Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
and the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back
to us, shipping prepaid. Please note: There are no
returns on Saddleman SureFit® and Ultimate Fit™
semi-custom and custom seat covers, except for manufacturing
defect.
If an item fails during the warranty period, the buyer should
contact the United Group at (800) 223-7003 or (847) 816-7100
or the original manufacturer depending upon our agreement
with the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty supports
all products. If a buyer receives a defective item, it will
be replaced or repaired at our discretion during the warranty
period provided the defective item is returned (shipping prepaid
by purchaser) in the original product box, product packing,
product manual, power supply, etc. The original manufacturer
will replace or repair that item during the warranty period.
Warrantes do not cover products damaged in shipping (see shipping
term above), abuse, misuse, unintended use, erroneous voltage,
modification, acts of God or any other act not specifically
covered. None of the products that we offer are covered by
any warranty express or implied, if the purchaser does not
use the recommended voltage.
All returns must have a return authorization number visible
on the outside of the package that is being returned or the
shipment will be refused and returned to the sender. All returns
authorized by United Group are subject to a 20% restocking
charge if not returned in original product box, product packing,
product manual, etc. There will be additional fees to replace
items that are missing. For a return authorization number

LEGAL STATUS
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not United Group, to
determine the legality and conform to all federal, state,
and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession,
and/or use of the products/equipment that we offer. By placing
an order with United Group, the buyer represents that he/she
is of legal age to receive the products/equipment ordered
and that the products/equipment will only be used in a legal
and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations. Any liability and/or
damage resulting from the misuse and/or unlawful use of any
of the products/equipment that we offer is that of the buyer,
not United Group.
POLICY
United Group reserves the right under its product improvement
policy to change construction and/or design detail (as made
by the manufacturer) of the products reflected in this online
catalog and to furnish products when so altered without reference
to specifications used herein. Furthermore, United Group,
assumes no liability associated with the use of products/equipment
contained herein, nor is United Group, liable for any losses,
damages, or costs of any kind arising from the use, suitability,
or function of the products/equipment contained herein. United
Group, is not responsible for typographical or printing errors.
All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by United
Group, Acceptance of any order is not represented until said
order is shipped. The right to refuse any order is reserved
by United Group. The submittal of an order, by the buyer,
represents said buyer's agreement to and with all of the Terms
and Conditions of Sale of United Group.
CONTENT, COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE
All media, text, images, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content on the Site (collectively, "Content" ), including but not limited to the design, selection, arrangement, and coordination of such Content on the Site is owned or licensed by The United Group, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights laws. Except as expressly provided in this Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be reproduced, recorded, retransmitted, sold, rented, broadcast, distributed, published, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, altered to make new works, performed, digitized, compiled, translated or transmitted in any way to any other computer, website or other medium or for any commercial purpose, without The United Group's prior express written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, you are not granted any rights or license to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade dress, rights of publicity or trademarks with respect to any of the Content, and The United Group reserves all rights not expressly granted hereunder.
